We will welcome you in the apartment when you arrive, whatever time that is. We show you around and make sure you are settled in ok. Your greeter is there to help, answer any questions and act as a point of contact throughout your stay.
Your stay begins from the airport or station when you arrive. We will arrange for a private airport shuttle to wait for you at the airport or station and bring you straight to the apartment. No need to worry about carrying luggage on public transport after a long flight, unless of course, you wish to.
We want you to feel like home. Every apartment includes a welcome brochure explaining everything from how the appliances work to maps of the local area. We will add our own tips such as where to find the best local bakery because we wouldn't want you to miss it!
We know you want to explore the city, try the best restaurants and pack the best to see or do in the short time you are here with us. Weather that means seeing an opera at the Opera House, the House of Parliament or even a guided tour of the local market, we know how and where to source the perfect experience.
Yes, we can deliver breakfast. As part of our concierge service we offer the option of shopping for your favourite food items and having them stored in the fridge when you arrive, set breakfast in the morning.
Sometimes things go wrong. You forgot your favourite pair of shoes in the wardrobe or you lost your plane ticket and need it reprinted. Whatever it is, we're here 24/7, whenever you need us. Think of us like the best neighbours you ever had.
